Dennis Niewoehner

Dennis Niewoehner is a Renaissance man born some 150 years too late. His core American values were set in bedrock during his childhood in rural Iowa. An early stint in military intelligence gave him his first whiff of real adventure. Later, he achieved professional success in real estate and civic development. With the latitude his platform offered, he ramped it up by becoming a cowboy and horseman on the side—ranch and cattle included. Some have described him as a swashbuckler, others as a character out of a Tom Wolfe novel. Add writer, philanthropist, and storyteller to his accomplishments, and he is clearly a man for all seasons.
